I picked this up at a local gun show this morning.  Being an 1894 collector, I thought it was pretty cool.  It’s postmarked December 30, 1895 so no mention of the 32 Winchester Special yet.  The seller’s father was an avid “paper” collector and focused on gun related items.  He has many Winchester items that he did not bring to the show, so I have a meeting set up with him next weekend to take a look.  Would be neat to have a few of these in a frame and hang on the wall.
