Are these factory original reloading tools? If so, are they variations of the model 1875 reloading tools? If not, what model are they? They look slightly different than others I have seen in my internet search.

Don
Don,
They are the 1875 tools. The gold one with the fresh coat of paint had the upper handle broken off and a replacement welded on.

Thanks Bob. That handle was the main anomaly that was throwing me off. I can see where it was welded now. Glad I didn’t bid.
Don
My guess it came from a cast iron pan.

The Winchester reloading tools are fun to collect. They are not hard to find on eBay. The Model 1875 are a bit tougher to find in higher condition but still not impossible. That is especially true for the small frame .44 WCF tools.I found this one on “evil Bay.”
That’s the right color gold and a lot of it. Nice original tool. T/R
Yeah that top one had a creative repair to say to the least.
The bottom one nice original paint, but the paint color has faded from its original gold. Does make me wonder if the original paint could somehow be restored with damaging it?
The top one I would have passed on, the bottom one that is about what they go for.
Sincerely,
Maverick
