I have a very early Winchester wooden wagon that is in exceptional condition. Its way nicer than the one pictured in the Winchester book by Kowalski and I would rate it a strong 90%+ condition. Has anybody ever seen one of these for sale? I was trying to see what one of these might be worth? They must be fairly rare as I have never seen or heard of another one for sale! Any information would be helpful!

John,

Due to the rarity of your Winchester wagon, it is next to impossible to put a fixed price on it. Can you post pictures of it?

Im not set up to post pictures. About 10 years ago-I sent some pictures I took to a fellow named Melcher who was going to do a book but I guess he never got around to doing it. I wonder what the wooden wagon sold for that Webster used to own? Its the only other one that I have known about.

I have seen 3 in the 20 years of collecting winchester stuff. They are hard to find but its all based on condition, condition, condition. I will send you a private PM with my cell if you want to give me a ring to discuss.

Tried to contact you a couple of days ago and left you a message! I was really only wanting to know if one of these wooden wagons has ever been sold at auction and what was the condition and price. Besides the one I own and another one that has been redone-are the only two that I have seen. Have you ever seen a 90% metal wagon sell! I think I might be interested if I could find a high condition original one!
