Can anyone say with any certainty what the function of this gauge is?  Not mine, or in my possession, so can’t measure it further.  Is this a file/trim gauge, where you full length size the case, insert it in this gauge, then file off the top/extra?  Doesn’t seem to have the max/min headspace groove like a Wilson or others.  Gauge in pics is only marked 32-20, and no obvious way to attach it to a reloading press.  Thanks for any input here.

It is a Lyman Ideal Shell Resizer. It is not a gage, but rather a loading tool.

You can pick them up on eBay for $15-30 with the push rod and box.

It is a run of the mill item tool, one in 32WCF will turn up on ebay fairly regularly.
