The part numbers are different in the Winchester catalogs however the pre-war extractors appear to be the same and interchangeable between the .22 LR and .22 WRF.

friend had another extractor does the same thing it should put the shell all the way out of the barrel 22 WRF will not load when you pull the bolt back the extractor is in the way. stops at the base of the lead you have to dig it out over the extractor with my finger nail. do I have a post war extractor maybe?
Possibly, the post war extractors have a “hump” on the bottom, the pre-war extractors are straight. I am not where I can take a picture for you but if you can post a picture of it I can tell you.
