The serial number identifies it as being manufactured in April of 1914. 50% condition puts it below the level that most collectors are seeking. CCI makes occasional runs of 22 Long ammo. Buy as much of it as you can when it becomes available.

CCI just did a run a few months ago and 22 long is still on the shelf in many places. Like Bert said, grab it now.

Couple months back, I emptied the shelves of 22 Long ammo at my new local Sportsmans Whse. New store that had recently opened. 1,500 rds of CCI.
I got all they had at the time. Absolutely NO 22 shorts to be found. The 22 Long was very expensive. More than Long Rifle. Big Larry
FYI: I just got a bunch of shorts from here:

Holy Moly. I hope the price of 22’s stops going up. I still have some Kmart Winchester Wildcat 22’s. $79 a case of 5,000.
Thanks for the tip. Big Larry

I have an old pistol that thinks Winchester Wildcat was target ammo. Still have a few bricks of the stuff it likes. Later lots not bad, just not as good.

Best pistol target I ever shot was with Mohawks in my old High Standard Victor. 487 out of 500, one handed at 25 yards. 50 rounds. Big Larry
