Looks just about new. (Thought you had them all?)
However, that towel under the gun is an unneeded distraction in the photo, which is otherwise excellent.
It is just about in new condition. I didn’t have this variation, a late rifle with turned down bolt and grooved trigger. Non grooved receiver, and it is NOT an “A”. Pretty close though. Sorry about the towel. I got chewed out for posting the pic. I never gave it a thought. Big Larry
Yep, got to agree with Rick, real nice gun. Picture looks fine to me also, towel adds character, then again I don’t have an art degree and I’m sure my camera takes better pictures than I can.

Anyone who’s seen my pics knows I have no room to talk about photo quality. I’m more interested in enjoying a peek at a nice gun. Good score, Larry!

Time to invest in some white carpet

Good idea, as thinner fabric like towels & sheets always show wrinkles or creases. However, tan or beige carpet wouldn’t show stains as easily as white, & a bright white background can cause an under-exposure unless compensated for.

Clarence,
I couldn’t agree with you more, especially since XLIV’s comment was likely to rib me since I have always taken my photos on an off-white carpet. He has poked fun at my carpet for years although I do have to admit it is not quite as white as it once was…..
