Finally after a couple months and some help from JWA, I can post a couple photos of my recently transitioned model 75 Target with original Lyman 58E rear peep and 77 front, to a 8X scope version.

To make it more like an original, you need a stock NOT cut for a rear sight and a Winchester plug for the front sight. JWA has a very nice one. I know, as I sold him mine.  Big Larry

Appreciate the comments Big Larry but I’m pretty happy with having sight both options available on one stock.

Retirement is a little tighter on the wallet now or I would have a few versions in my locker.

I didn’t realize the gun could be ordered without the rcvr. sight, but even if that was an option available at the time, I’d have preferred to buy one with the stock inletting necessary to mount that sight, just in case I ever wished to use one.  Better to have the factory do it, than the neighborhood gun-butcher.
