I have seen the target pictures posted in “Model 52” Herbert Houze Book.  Does any one know the “Bullseye” size and at what distance the targets were shot? I would guess these were shot with “open sights” and not a scope.  Any educated ideas?  Thanks,  RDB

Roger, looking through the Houze book on 52’s, in several pictures with the bullseyes being shot, it doesn’t state the size of the bull from what I’m seeing, but in many of th pictures it does say some varying distances, such ad 50 feet, and 75 feet. It also says indoor shooting on some as I would think that distances we’re shorter at the indoor ranges vs. the outdoor ranges. Having collected several NRA, and Winchester targets over the years, including the Jr. Rifle Corps targets, they vary in size overall, including the bullseye in the targets!
