M62a with short barrell|Winchester .22 Rim Fire|Forum|Winchester Collector

yes i have very carefully removed the front sight from both short barrelled rifles plus two more of my 62a s  and examined all with magnifying glass and also with a loup and can find no discernable differences , as i said earlier the muzzle crowning is also identicle and again the bluing is correct even under the foresights so am at a loss to see them as anything but factory built.
