Won an auction on Gun Broker a week or so ago. Had one bidder keep raising the price, but quit after 2 15 minute rules.

Rifle is a scarce Post War M69-A Target Rifle. 22 LR only, factory swivels, target stock with 3″ pitch, and a 80-B, yes, 80-B, rear sight.

Best of all, the rifle is a good 99%, and does not show any use at all. Proper 2 rib, 5 rd., Trademark marked magazine.

I have a minty, original sling that I put on it. Ren-waxed it and hung it on the wall. NO!!!  I am not going to shoot it.

Got lucky on this one as I rarely do auctions. Thanks to my friend Tom, for pointing out this rifle.    Big LarryM69-A-target-left-side.jpgImage Enlarger

It is 100% and a good 99% condition wise. I sent you a email. Smooth trigger and a 80-B rear sight. Untouched and may well be unfired. Has a good coat of Ren Wax on it now, so it smells good. Now for the Jr. rifle and a M1902-A.    Big LarrySmileSmileSmile

Hi Larry, I responded to your email, your DoM is between late-1946 and early-1948.

I was looking at that 69 and was going to get involved in the bidding but have other irons in the fire.  It’s a fine rifle.

Thanks for not bidding Vince. I think I would have gone a little higher. These rifles do not show up very often, especially in drippy mint condition. Big Larry
