Good morning all,
I have searched all of my Model 61 images and can not find a .22 L.R. caliber stamp that is near this rifle. SN 174282 DOM 1951 It looks like the model designation “61” has been reapplied over a previous model number. Can anyone look at your non Model 61 rifles and see if the .22 LR designation is identical to this. The long dashes before and after the designation are not typical. In addition, if you have a round barrel .22 LR example near this SN can you please post or send me an image of the barrel stamps?
Thanks so much for the help
Michael
