Same guy.  Same deal.

This rifle first sold out of RIA in June 2016 Lot #2815.  The non GB out of Kearney, NE.  Both instances it was a standard round barrel rifle.  Now the rook in CA has it as a round barrel Short Only gun.  He is not even smart enough to know that the Short oNly guns were OB’s at the time.  Dumb A**.  Here is the RIA listing:  https://www.rockislandauction.com/detail/1027/2815/two-winchester-slide-action-rifles

Do stamps on top of barrel and receiver (different looking) mean anything?
