OfflineThank you for your replies. My rifle dates to 1976. When acquired, it appeared unfired, in new condition with the box and paperwork, but no hammer extension was included. Due to my aging eyes I find the use of a scope has become necessary for consistent accuracy. The hammer can still worked without the extension, just a little awkward. I just wondered if it came with the extension. RDB
