On behalf of the Winchester Arms Collectors Association, we are proud to announce that WACA Member Jim DeRossitt and his wife Susan took home the Best Educational Exhibit for Combined Arms for their outstanding display of U.S. Military Winchesters.  Jim and Susan’s display showcased twenty rifles and shotguns along with an educational brochure about each Winchester on display.
