Yes, it is a genuine spruce gun that is not currently on our list. Congratulations.
I would use a little LokTite on that sling-ring stud if it bothers you. Make sure the stud is parallel to the top of the receiver when you do.

Actually, I already had this serial number in the survey. Currently, I have (217) confirmed Spruce Guns listed.
