That makes it a 1946 production rifle. The Bolt peep sights were attached to the bolt via parallel milled grooves and screws… no dovetail.

I am not trying to be a Smart A$$ with this answer, but… however much the seller is asking. The No. 98A and 98B bolt sights rarely ever come up for sale, and if the seller knows what he has, you will just have to pay the piper to get it from him.
