I got this a few years ago from an acquaintance in CA. It was originally owned by his father and passed down to him. Due to his age his father was probably the original owner. He sold it to me because his interest was handguns, not long guns. SN 438571 was applied 26 July 1909. There are no other records. Would be interested in condition %, originality, and value estimate. I will tell you right up front I paid $1000 for it.

Thanks for any info you all might provide.IMG_0990.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1000.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_0987.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_0992.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1003.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1001.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1002.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_0996.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1006.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1004.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_0995.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_0988.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1007.JPGImage EnlargerIMG_1008.JPGImage Enlarger

I don’t usually offer estimates of value, but if You’ve got a thousand bucks in it and Your happy with it, I’de say its in that range. Those honest old and well used “94’s usually go in the $800.00 to $1500.00 range pending on shootability  etc.. the oct. bbl. is a nice feature.

I don’t believe that the rear sight elevator is correct.  That is easy to correct if you even care.
