Model-1876-.45-75-004-3.jpgImage Enlarger You have a great rifle, Henry.  I bought this one at the Denver show in ’98.  Absolutely fell in love with it, because of the condition AND sling swivels.  I’m a sucker for sling swivels on early Winchesters.   It was a .45-75, plain trigger, special order and very rare Winchester Combination globe front sight.  This sight was  like the Beech globe, but much different in the way it was manufactured.  The serial number was in the 33,xxx range.   Sold it last year to a good friend, at the Denver show.  Miss it, but there are more out there.

Thanks for posting the pics of those great-looking 1876 rifles.  I think you guys will like the Fall issue of the magazine.

Regards
