I recently purchased Mod. ’94 s.r.c. ser#336491, I’m pretty certain this is the gun that is pictured on Our home page. I’m wondering if Rob could confirm that as I believe He owned this gun at one time. Regardless it sure is one handsome s.r.c. and makes a nice partner for ser#15333, My 28″ deluxe case colored 32-40. I know I know pictures pictures pictures. I need to get the grandson over.

If you still have the photos Rob sent to me when he sold me the gun, and which I sent to you before selling it to you, you could post that. You can clearly see it is the same gun, and Rob identified it to me as his own carbine. Rob also took photos of it for the article on WInchester 1894 sights in the Spring 2014 issue of the Collector, page 27. I have owned three of those 1894s that we’re featured on that article by Brad.

I have never seen a peep like that on a tang sight. Just beautiful all the way around. As much as I keep telling myself that I am finished buying guns…this one makes me want to buy just one more!!!!!!
