Is this gun all original or have parts been replaced? The elevator coming up from the bottom hits the shell and flips it out. When you cycle it with a shell in the chamber does the elevator come all the way up ready to put a new shell in? Where does it hang up? You have to be very specific in what its doing since trying to figure out feed issue is very hard since I can’t see it in operation.

Where is it hitting? is the elevator hitting the shell? the bolt? something else? Does it cycle good without a shell in it?

Is the elevator flush with the bottom of the receiver with the lever in the closed position? And you said it feeds the first shell from the magazine into the chamber?

Have you tried messing with the screw on the bottom of the receiver? One is for the lever and I think the one on the left is for the elevator? A certain amount of people believe that these 2 screws should be fully tightened but I have been told that it is not the case. Loosen it or tighten it. Try it and see if it makes a difference. I don’t believe that the screws will back out because of the spring tension that is on them.
Hi, there is some play in elevator with the lever closed, it extends possibly 1/32″ below the frame. However it feeds the first round ok. what i did today was when working the lever to extract and eject, i push up on the elevator and it ejected the round. Does this indicate that the elevator arm needs adjusting?
I think you have something else going on. When you have a shell in in the extractor and your levering the bolt back you said the elevator doesn’t contact the shell or the bolt but without a shell on the bolt the elevator will travel up all the way. Is this correct? The elevator hanging only 1/32″ is not enough to cause that problem. To fix the hanging elevator its either wear in the elevator where the lifter arm rides or a bend to the lefter arm. To bend the arm it has to be removed and if you bend it in the wrong place or too much it will cause problems.

The only other source is the used market which you wouldn’t know if its good until you get it.
