Your not going to find a original that long that has any life left so your might have to get a repo. Maybe even have one made. If you have time, watch Ebay since guys are always parting them out you might get lucky thou.

Find a original 24″ tube on Ebay and add 4″ of your old tube, just slide the 4″ section in first up against the receiver and the 24″ section in front. The forearm wood will keep alignment and the band will match the old wear pattern on the front. At least you have original parts. I bought a 73 32-20 that someone repaired in that way and it feed just fine. T/R

Im having issues even getting anyone to make one.
Have you tried to contact http://www.wisnersinc.com and see if they will make you one. They make tubes for the 92 small calibers which might be the same diameter as the 73 32 caliber.

The mag tube I have has been dented and abused. I don’t think its repairable. Does anyone know where I could get one?Its for a Winchester 1873 32-20 dates to 1887
How bad is it dented? Got any pics to show us?
I’ve been told that a quality gunsmith can remove minor dents on mag tubes. You take a solid steel bar that is the inside diameter of the mag tube and using the proper vice you can push the solid steel bar through the mag tube working with a brass or jeweler type hammer can remove dents. Also been told this can be done on bent shotgun barrels using a tapered steel bar. Been thinking about trying on a early 87 shotgun. The 87’s barrel is slightly bent just forward the magazine retainer. The early 87s mag ends were soldered on and not clamped like later in production.
Sincerely,
Maverick

RE: dented shotgun barrel dent removers, I’ve seen some store-bought ones years ago. The video shows how they work (if you don’t mind watching the how to make one part). Might be worth a try for an irreplaceable extra length magazine tube.
