I recently picked up a late production Model 93 pump shotgun serial #  B 32456. My problem is the carrier will not come out for disassemblyCry. I’ve followed every instruction I can find to see what the problem is but to no avail. I have a very early model 93 with no letter prefix and the carrier just falls out when the hammers cocked. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Greg,

There are different disassembly instructions for the later B series guns. I will scan a copy of the instructions from one of my Winchester catalogs and post it shortly.

Here are the instructions as published by Winchester in the 1897 catalog.  If the attached picture is not large enough to read easily, contact me via email and I will send it full size.

Thanks Bert……..you’re a lifesaver. It came apart just as the factory instructions stated. Thanks for taking the time to scan and post the instructions. You saved me a ton of time and frustration.

Happy Holidays to you and yours.
