Howdy!

So recently i purchased the receiver for an 1886 win and i figured that like the majority of us, i’d like to bring a classic back into the world of the living. I managed to order a new barrel (45-90) for the monster but i’m having a hell of a time finding other parts, such as the hammer, lower tang, etc. In doing a quick google fu session i came across a site that does sell parts and from my reading, browning made a copy of it. According to them they’re parts should fit unless otherwise noted. I’m not super concerned about keeping the rifle overly original, since i would rather make a shooter versus a wall hanger. If this is correct i would like to know if this is accurate or not. I’d rather not spend a crap load of money on parts that may or may not work and if i have to be patient on it i sure will be.

Thanks in advance!
