Grumpy old man with a gun......Do Not Touch.
His name is Bob Williams. I placed an order for an 1885 Low Wall re-barrel back at the end of Feb of 2022. I supplied him with my take off bbl and paid the 50% deposit and recieved no confirmation email that he received anything. I emailed for confirmation and a lead time and he got back to me on March 11th and said that he received it and that the lead time was 10 to 12 weeks. It is damn near mid January of ’23 and still not sure what progress has been made. I try to communicate with him, but he is evasive and keeps telling me that they are super busy and they are working on it and it will be done soon. When I brought up that he originally told me 10 to 12 weeks. He emailed me in all CAPS telling me that my order was a special order and that it will be done soon. That was October 5th. I cannot comment on the quality of his product as i still do not have it, but his customer service outright sucks.
