Wont let me update signature|Problems Bugs and Fixes|Forum|Winchester Collector

I have successfully updated my signature a few times trying to get a proper size and the function  was easy to do , except the( view )size was always too big , so yesterday was trying many reduced size attempts. It was indicating successful at every step and did the image upload quickly and easily , then at the last stage when I hit update signature it indicated successful, but when I check It only shows file name and no pic in signature section

And file sizes tried were much smaller than previous successful (too large) attempts , so too large of a file size was not the issue
