Hello All,
I’m curious about the value of this 1901 Winchester 1894 Octagon Barrel. It was my Dad’s, although he was not a hunter and probably never even shot it, as it was gifted to him, so there’s no real sentimental value. I’m just interested in what the possible resale value is.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Mark,

Based on what I am seeing in the pictures you posted, you have a standard Model 1894 Sporting Rifle that is in “hard used” condition.  It ihas seen its fair share of use & abuse and shows it.  Accordingly, the collector interest and value are near the bottom end of the scale.  I suspect that it will be difficult to sell for any $$$ amount > $750.
