Unlikely at this time. The values for most pre-64 Winchesters are changing too quickly these days, and it takes a lot of time to collect the value numbers. I am not ruling out a 5th edition, but it will not happen anytime soon. Additionally, I have two other book projects that I have neglected for too long, and have recently turned my efforts back to them.

Do you have anymore insight about the values changing too quickly on pre-64 Winchesters in terms of going up, down, a mix of both and, if the latter are there any particular models that stand out in terms of direction as you see it right now?

Watching the hammer prices at dozens of auctions, values are down across the board for all models except for the extremely high condition specimens. Common guns (Model 94s) are down significantly in typically found condition.
