I’ve googled this several times but cannot find the last production year for the 32 WS(32 special). I know production started in1902, & production came & went different time, but what was the last year.  

Not sure where you are getting your information, but it wasn’t a good source.  Production of the 32 WS began in 1901 (the first rifle was shipped to the warehouse in October, 1901), and the 32 WS cartridge remained in uninterrupted production through 1973.
