Not sure what the purpose is to list guns that are sold or leave them listed. Is there any advantage in listing these fo show they’re all sold?

Advertising their business and the type of guns they handle. It is all paid so You might as well get the exposure.
To take the time to go through their listings to only find everything is sold? For me it pushes me away. I just bypass this seller now & certainly not added to my fav list. But hey, each to their own.
I can see it both ways.On one hand when I look at something for sale and it’s below the price it normally is, it’s nice to be able to see the sellers previous sales(if they included the price it would be even nicer) and not wonder if they are trying to pull a fast one by selling one gun cheaper because somethings wrong with it. On the other hand looking at something that’s not even a possibility isn’t always my favorite thing to do…..
