Engraved Supergrade Swivels...|General Discussions & Questions|Forum|Winchester Collector

Bought a pile of parts last week… the main reason was that there were 7 sets of Supergrade Swivels.  One of the sets was engraved.  I’ve talked with a few friends and none have ever encountered any that were engraved before.  One thought was that they may have been by Griffin & Howe, another was that they were German.  I’m curious if anyone here has come across any engraved swivels with this pattern before?
