I am unable to view forum subjects on left side of page and responses on right side of page without scrolling back and forth left and right. It gets very confusing. I am set at 100% screen size but even smaller does not get all in one view. Am I doing something wrong or is this a new issue. Also why does the current forum discussions not come to top of list instead of in the middle? Any help will be appreciated.

The only time I have had that problem with scrolling side to side is if someone posts a picture that is too wide. I have never see where the new posts are in the middle. I use Firefox.

I am using Windows 8.1 I wonder if that is the problem
More than likely, that is your problem. In my professional opinion, Windows 8 (and 8.1) is a horrible OS (Operating System). Microsoft is going to take it in the shorts on it, which is why they are working feverishly on Windows 9. Windows 8 will be very short-lived (just like Vista was). If you can, I highly recommend going back to Windows 7.

I get the wide sideways format stretching sometimes too . Yes I have Windows 8 , bought to replace Vista. It seems I have been fighting with computers for years. Maybe its not all my computer illiteracy , but bad luck buying computers too. At least I am supporting the local computer Witchdoctor’s kids thru college.

I’ve built several desktop PCs in the last 15-20 years or so. Had the best luck with 98, then XP Professional. Last rig is a custom build I bought since I got out of the loop. It had Windows 7 on it. No complaints and not planning on changing anytime soon!
