Hi Henry,
Art’s survey is in the Fall 1999 Collector magazine pages 12-15 (see link below). Bert has a much more updated list that is a continuation of Art Gogan’s old survey. I bet he’ll chime in shortly. I have managed to hunt down all 3 variations over the years. The top one in the photo is pictured in Bob Renneberg’s Model 94 book. The bottom two are 95%+ condition, which is surprising since most receivers have flaking blue during this timeframe.

Henry,
It was in a very old issue of the WACA Collector magazine. I have the current (up-to-date) survey with (87) of the 94/95 hybrids documented (of the (1,303) believed to have been manufactured).
