Does anyone know how to get hold of Don Klancher, I have some questions re; a ’76 N.W.M.P.
W.A.C.A. life member, Marlin Collectors Assn. charter and life member, C,S.S.A. member and general gun nut.

That is the same info I have for Don. But that was a 1999 letter I have.
Also there was a Glenn Wright who was the acting Historian for RCMP that helped write/review/comment on the Gun Report article in January 2000 on my NWMP carbine.
My guess is that it could be someone else now.
