Curious as to value of 1980 Winchester Mod 94 that initially came out as a 30-30. The gentle man I wish to buy had it sent in and a Winchester 44-40 barrel was installed along with the internals. For all practical purposes it is new. Can anyone give me and idea what it is worth? (He is wanting $2200.00)

It most certainly is not worth anywhere near $2,200. You can buy a much nicer gun for significantly less money…

It doesn’t, especially a non-original (reworked) gun.
