Hello
Can anyone tell me the serial range for this carbine with the Made In……and New Haven address on the right side of the barrel?
It has a Lyman tang sight and dove tail blank in barrel.
DOM 1929
Any help would be appreciated. I did find something on that on line but I’m darned if I can find it again!.
Also one more thing…I saw someone catalogues 1892 44 wcf wartime carbines a while back.
I have one…serial 756628 SRC. Clearly stamped with naval ship O.ZMILORD in 4 places including right side receiver.
Was obviously racked barrel down ready for action as all the saddle ring wear is in front of the ring. That my guess.

I am a bit confused by your question? If you do not know what the serial number is, how do you know it has a 1929 DOM? One of the very pieces of information that I did not include in my research survey, was the address marking on the right hand side of the barrel. I do know that it was relatively short lived.
