Up for sale is my special order Model 1894, SN 180463, made in 1903. The gun has a 26″ half octagon barrel, half (button) magazine, shotgun butt, and express sights, which I believe to be original but do not show up in the factory letter (included). Metal finish is about 50% on the receiver and about 80% on the barrel. The bore is a bit dark but has strong rifling. Gun will make a good collector and/or shooter. Asking $2450 plus shipping. As my only reason for selling is to finance the purchase of a similarly equipped Model 1892 in 25-20 or 32-20 caliber (must have half octagon barrel) I would consider one of those in trade (full or partial depending on condition).
