Winchester Bob dosent seem to answer his phone – as per his website, and has not answered any of my emails, so I’m not sure that’s a way to run a business, I went elsewhere.
I’ve bought parts from these guys. They don’t list what you are looking for now, but perhaps reaching out with a want list can’t hurt.

Guy’s Bob’s wife past away a month ago talked to him monday about some parts and he said he wasn’t filling orders yet until after his eye surgery he will be down for at least another month. prayers are in order.
From eBay a pair of toggle links for Model 1876. Expensive, but he has them! I’ve bought from this seller, he is a square dealer. Sorry, it appears my first attempts to add a link failed. This link works.
Same seller has a set of springs: carrier and lever with screws.
