What kind do you need? They made several different ones depending on era and mag lengths.

Barrel length 24″ mag tube is 23 5/8 ” made in 1893. I am having the original barrel put on the rifle and need a fore arm cap to finish the project. Many thanks fellas

How is the cap held in? any holes in the barrel?

No holes in the barrel, there is a forearm cap ten on that fits in a cut out milled into the rifle barrel .Screws ( ONE on each side of the forearm cap screws into the ten on and hold forearm on.

Then you need the slotted flat end cap with the short screw that does not go into the barrel.

That goes on the end of the mag tube. I am looking for the forearm cap. It slides down the mag tube and holds the forearm on. Thanks .

I got 2 that should work. One is a real nice 95% bright original blued cap, its might be a few thousands tight (.837″) on the barrel but could be spread a little for $125 plus shipping. Then I have one that will fit good (.849″) but it was rusted at one point cleaned up and poor mans case color added for $20 plus shipping.
