Don,  This is perhaps too obvious, but have you contacted Dan and asked if he has that volume left over?  I expect he will be at the Cody show, as well.  I do not recall seeing any of his books out on his table so expect they are sold out.  However, sometimes a marred copy is left over?  Tim
