I know it’s not what you are asking for but I load my .40-60 WCF cartridges with an original Winchester model 1880 reloading tool. Bullets come from the model 1889 mold. Not too hard to find on eBay with some patience.
I believe some shooters also get by using .40-65 Winchester dies and grind a wee bit of the seating die to get the correct length for crimping. Your mileage may vary.
