1873 saddle ring carbines in 38-40 are pretty scarce. This has been fully restored some years ago. It is in excellent working order and still looks great. It has the step down receiver which was used on the 38-40. The bluing and color/case is done very well. When it was polished for the reblue, it was done without leaving waves in the barrel that happens when prepared wrong. The sideplates are perfectly done too. It has been used some, but still an excellent old gun that can be shot with proper loads. The bore is in good shape with good rifling, some imperfections, but much better than most guns of this age. Made in 1892 and can be shipped direct without FFL…$2299.00
