Guess what I’m trying to say is I need a lever that fits on the end of the takedown plug for a 45-70 3/4 mag tube style. Any help locating one, or the whole plug appreciated. As you can figure, someone took a hammer to the takedown lever and broke it off. Don’t have the leftover part either.

I saw the homestead one, but says out of stock. Meeting with a gunsmith buddy this next week to see if he can construct a lever onto the nub that’s left. Mine is rounded on the top for 3/4 tube. I can’t find a repro anywhere.
Should make a nice 45-70 when done. Letter ordered from Cody.
