I’m looking to add to my collection a shootable, 1892 TakeDown in either 38-40 or 44-40. I do not want the newer Japan version (I have all three….45LC, 38-40, 44-40 already)
Willing to spend up to $3000
Please email me if you have something you think I might be interested in

Roy,
Do you have any original non takedown frame rifles? I would like to add them into my survey if you do?

You won’t find many $3,000 M1892’s in 44-40 in any condition much less the very scarce takedown. A few years back, I bit the bullet and invested in a nice 1911 mfg. M1892 44 oct. bbl. takedown. Was not cheap my friend. Big Larry
