Manuel,

There is no need to fight.  Just put a bid for what you would be willing to buy it for and if it sells for more than that no problem.  If the bidding stops $400 short of your bid you get it for that lower bid.  The crazy guys are the ones who keep bidding low numbers 10 time over thinking that they are “saving” money.  Just bid what you want and let it play out.

If bidding doesn’t pick up on a few of them I may have to register as a bidder.

Go for it!!  Though it is my experience that the real bidding doesn’t happen until the last hour or so.

Good  morning

“Parts cleanup” refers to the practice by Winchester to use up the barrels in inventory to  fully assemble rifles after the normal period of production for a specific caliber or configuration style.

Twobit,

Now that it’s over, how did you find the experience to be?

Did they sell for more or less than expected and we’re the fees charged by Gunbroker steep or reasonable?

From someone who has never used Gunbroker before, but my observations is that much sells for more than full retail.
