Just in case anyone is interested, I have recorded (28) Model 55 rifles with a factory Stainless Steel barrel out of a total of (1,329) surveyed thus far. Based on the current totals, the estimated number of Mode 55 rifles made with a Stainless Steel barrel is just over (400).
