Bill, when was this revised? I have a copy dated 5/03 and I thought this was the updated one? It has 78 pages and 17 addendums.

This is not a book that was printed by a big printing house. It is more like a 8 1/2″ x 11″ pamphlet. A lot of pictures that were copied from another source. Good to have though.
