The question is whether the second printing will sell out as well. Looks like an expensive book and there is likely a minimum order. Unsold books eat up profit in a hurry!

What’s the minimum run and cost per copy to print? How about print on demand, poorer quality but the information is there at least.

I don’t know the specifics, I do believe the quality of the first printing is first rate and that’s appropriate.

As a WACA member I just ordered one from Rob Kasaab for $450.00. I understand he has a few more left, but not many. They normally sell to non members, for $550.00.
