This is my last 86, it’s a deluxe model w/ a 28″ bbl……It’s an honest and all original rifle….$7500.00

Info as follows:

s/n 61233 w/ a special ordered 28” Bbl., Mfg’d 1891. The 2X Burl Walnut stocks are solid, not sanded or fooled with and proud the all the metal parts w/ very minor surface marks of normal wear, there is a small chip at the rear of the upper tang. There is no rust or dents to any of the metal parts, there are a couple of very small surface spots on the magazine tube. The bore is typical black powder, I’d rate it @ 5-6+ on the 10pt. scale…very shootable w/ distinct lands & grooves and no bulges. Action locks up tight at half cock and functions smoothly. Assembly numbers – 222 are stamped on the inletted upper tang of the butt stock, on the toe of the butt stock under the plate and on the inside toe of the butt plate and 222 XX is stamped into the lft. lower tang under the butt stock.
