Anthony got answer and great pictures from DJ .He made up a new front piece to replace the original piece his work is the best answer to the CF conversion
now if i could just find a bolt to work with will keep you posted take care gene66

Anthony received pictures back showing converted firing pin for 66 he solved the problem with a two piece pin nice work on machining the parts sent back
message to thank him and asked for some more info nice to have someone respond to questions regarding the steps needed to do this conversion take care
